I work in partnership with my clients to help them achieve their goals for their homes.  Many of my clients are busy professionals with limited time who benefit from a helping hand to get on top of the houses or need an extra helping hand at a key time in their lives. 

LOAD was sparked by helping my parents downsize from the family home.  They were initially anxious and overwhelmed.  However I was able to guide them through a lifetime of possessions so they could realise their ambition of moving to a smaller, more manageable home.   

Since then, I’ve gone on to work with busy families, people moving house and deceased estates.  

20 years’ experience as a project manager in the music, publishing and not-for-profit sectors has given me the skills to work with all types of people in all types of situations.
